This is about as close as Chloe would get. She was waving to him and saying, "ho ho ho" while waiting in line, but she didn't want to sit on his lap once it was her turn. I thought she would be friendly, but I guess you never know how kids will react!
Mrs. Clause was reading stories to the kids while others met Santa. I think this was Niah's favorite part. She was so intrigued by Mrs. Clause. She kept staring at her face while she was reading!
Chloe loved her bag of treats from Santa. That's probably the only reason she got as close to him as she did! It made her whole day.
We had a lot fun at the party. It was great to visit with ward members and get filled with more Christmas spirit!

That's so cute, kids are too funny when it comes to santa! You never know what they'll do! Brad even seemed a bit nervous for a minute, but then he was fine. And he was the one who kept asking to go see him. Go figure. :-) So drums huh? That'll be a fun noise maker! ;-) Your girls are too cute. I love seeing pics of you and your family.
Only ten days to go before you guys will be here! I can't wait to see you guys and the girls! They have gotten so so so big. It has been so long since I've seen all of you! Atleast Chole came close to Santan, Rilee didn't want anything to do with him, but she told Halee to tell him what she wanted for Christmas. I wish I could have been there with you guys! I love Niahs face. She looks excited and nervous all at the same time! And what a fun Mrs. Claus it's so fun when she comes too! Do you know what week you guys are going where when you come?
How cute! that's a good santa claus! He looks like the real thing! By the way both girls' hair looks cute! I saw that same blog about doing a girls hair...I thought of you, so glad you found it! Merry Christmas and let me know when you are up as well! I would love to see you guys!
